Had our 20 week sonogram today and got the exciting news that we're having a boy! And although I thought we had made progress with Nora accepting the fact that this baby could be a boy, we still have a long way to go. In addition to not being totally convinced she will have a baby brother ("But when the baby is big enough to come out of your tummy, it might be a sister"), she has informed me every possible opportunity that she does "not like baby brothers." When I named all of the excellent little brothers she knows of through our friends, she stated, "I like all of those baby brothers, I just don't like the baby brother in your tummy." Thank goodness we have a few months to get her used to this idea!!!
Here are all the stills we got from the sonogram today. Thankfully he cooperated with us, but boy was he moving like crazy!! It was really cool to see the movement on the monitor that I was feeling. At times the sonographer had a difficult time getting the measurements she needed to because of how active he was.

YAY!!!! Congratulations!!! How exciting to have one of each! Nora is hilarious! Don't worry, I'm sure once the baby comes, Nora will be so thrilled and be such a loving and helpful big sister. I really hope this baby comes on the due date- how COOL would that be?!

Great pics! The 3D ones are amazing. So exciting to have one of each. I'm trying to picture you with a boy, I'm so used to you with Nora :) I wonder if he'll look just like you!
