One of the main reasons we went to VA this September was for Murphey's family reunion. There was a great turnout, and it was the first time in a long time that all of Murphey's cousins were all together. The reunion was held at the Jefferson hotel in Richmond. We continued to stay with the Holtschneiders and would just drive to meet everyone during the day.
Here is Nora in her fancy dress that Charlotte made her. Nora LOVES the puffy sleeves and wants to wear it ALL THE TIME!!!

Murphey Coy (cousin). Murphey is the one who had a heart transplant March 7, 2009. He has had a remarkable recovery and is doing great. It was really nice to see him at the reunion.
Front: Nora, Murf Jr., Helen, Mary Fred, Stuart (all of Murf's siblings)
Back: Murphey, Erin, Susan (Helen's daughter), Elizabeth and Murphey (Mary Fred's kids), Will and Sarah (Stuart's kids).

Another group shot with the addition of Charlotte, me and Susan (Stuart's wife)

And here are some pics from our last few days at Amy's.
Daniel and Nora were having fun dressing up. I caught Daniel at snacktime.
Nora in Daniel's halloween costume from last year. She was so cute in it! Amy's mom, Cathy made this. It's Super Why, a character on a show of the same name, that's on PBS kids. She said she wanted to be Super Why for halloween, and Amy was going to send us the costume, but since then Nora changed her mind (several times).
Three days after our return from VA, I took off for Aruba for a week to meet my friend Darcie. Her parents gifted her a week at their time share, again! It was fabulous week (minus the ALL DAY morning sickness and fatigue). Aruba is beautiful, but I did not do a good job of lugging my camera around to take pictures. Darcie got more pictures than I did, so once I get them from her I will post them.
These pictures are from a deserted beach we stopped by on our way back from scuba diving at Baby Beach. The view out to the ocean was GORGEOUS...
