Virginia, Part I

Northern Virginia

Here are some pictures from our trip. It was sooooo great seeing all of my friends and spending time with everyone!!

Our first full day there we met up with my friends from work, Stacy and her baby Caitlyn, and Kelly and Maddie. Hey, we represented all three disciplines from work! OT, Speech and PT!! Daniel was EXTRA sweet and put on his BEST "smile" face for this picture. He's a riot.

Playtime with Maddie. Nora had such a fun time with Maddie. Even if Maddie did take her down once trying to pull to stand using Nora. :) I wish we lived closer so they could play all the time!!

One of many future "firsts" for these two. Their first bath!!! Awwwwwww...

Jenny and Kevin had a 4th of July party at their house (on the 3rd, that's when their community does big fireworks). Murphey's sister, Erin and her boyfriend Bryce and his son, Brendan came by and hung out for the evening. It was so great seeing them! Brendan is so good with Nora, he pushed her in her stroller on the long walk to the fireworks and back!!

The kids had such a great time at the fireworks. I really expected Nora to be scared by the fireworks, but she was cheering and ooohing and aahing right along with the crowd. She loved them!!

Daniel was so excited, he could have been the mascot for the whole country. He waved the horn the ENTIRE show!! So cute!!!
Our friend Darcie came and spent lots of time with us. Nora had a great time with her and I'm positive she recognized her from her time skypeing (videoconferencing) with her!!
