Mommy, I'm stuck

Is what I heard Nora say as she came towards me.  I was talking on the phone with my friend, Darcie, and when Nora came around the corner I lost it!  She is REALLY into dressing up in tutus and such these days, and I'm so proud of her, she tries to put them on herself.  Our neighbor, Patti, gave us a shopping bag packed full of tutus and ballet stuff for Nora that her daughter was no longer interested in.  Well, this blue one is a one piece (think bathing suit with tutu attached) and Nora was trying her hardest to get it on (over the butterfly wings).
