What a busy week! We were able to reschedule our Tuscon trip for one week later, so we were all very excited about going and also about getting a break from the bitter cold and snow. Here are some pictures of Nora before we left for our trip.

We all had a great time in Tucson. It was so nice seeing everyone. We also got to meet the latest addition to Aunt Midge's house, her hairless (well, mostly hairless) cat named Nova. She goes by "kitty." Nora was fascinated with her and chased her anytime she saw her.
Some quality time with Great-Grandma

Tom captivated Nora by playing his flute for her.

Nora had her EEG the morning after we got back from our trip. They wanted her to be sleep deprived, but I did not realize HOW sleep deprived they wanted her. She got 9 out of 12 hours of nighttime sleep, and I guess they would have preferred her getting only 6. I do have to say that she was sleep deprived from traveling the previous day, she only got about 45 minutes of her normal 3-4 hours of naps. I woke her up at 5 a.m. the morning of the EEG and she was a champ. Charlotte went with us and did a great job entertaining Nora and keeping her awake for the 45 minute car ride to the appt. I was so surprised at how well Nora did throughout the EEG. It took them about 15-20 minutes to measure/mark her head and then attach all of the electrodes (there were so many!!!). She reached for them several times, but luckily didn't pull any off. Then after putting up a fight for about 5 minutes she just drifted off to sleep, which just blew me away. They let her sleep for about 12 minutes and then woke her up (she was NOT happy) and it was all over! We'll get the results sometime next week, I'll be sure to post them as soon as I hear.
Lastly, here is a video I took of her on Jan 25. She loves crawling under and hanging around on the bar stools. (see above)
