November... Started out with my birthday at the beginning of the month. Murphey got me a delicious carrot cake from a local bakery. Mmmm...

Nora's preschool halloween party was supposed to be on 10/29, but they had a snow day. She had planned on wearing her butterfly costume to preschool, but the morning of the party she decided she wanted to be a stick person. I was just happy that she actually wore her butterfly costume I spent so much time on to the Longmont Halloween parade. Her awesome teacher, Ms. Sara, is the one in the pink hat.

Murphey snuck out from work to come to her party

And then we got MORE snow! Usually the snow is too dry to make a snowman, but not this day. She and Murph and Murf were able to make a small snowman, who she was apparently quite fond of. And this might explain why we were told at her first parent teacher conference that the "No Kissing" rule at preschool was instituted because of her.

I took some maternity pictures of my friend Rachel and her husband Kyle and tested out the lighting, etc on Murphey and Nora. This is one of my favorites.

We went to Green Bay to visit my mom, Michael and Anaciano right around my brother's birthday near the end of November. It was cooooold, but we managed to get out to the park a couple of times.

We also exchanged Christmas presents, so Michael took Nora to make her first build-a-bear. She loved it!!!

After we returned home to Green Bay, we made brownies one evening. Nora has definitely inherited my love of batter (cake, muffin, brownie, YUM!) and now I have to fight her for the bowl. Grrrr!!!
