The past two weeks we've done a trail called Left-Hand Trail, which is just about 15 minutes west of my house. Some people may remember a wildfire a few months ago that hit this area. A large part of this trail was burned by the wildfire. It's interesting to see the new growth coming out of the blackened plants. There is a wooden bridge made out of railroad-tie style planks and it is partially burned out. Last week we rode through/past a herd of cows, this week we saw a pack of three coyote. Always something exciting!
This week Ann brought strawberry-rhubarb pie. It was delish and so motivating to bike for!

Making sure the pie was well-protected

Hey Mia! You should post the picture of you going mountain biking in Japan. You know the one were you are eating watermelon!
Too late, Michael! She already posted that one a LOOOOOONG time ago! My favorite picture is the last one....gorgeous!
You certainly have become quite the outdoors woman. Love the pics.
Gotta protect the pie! Keep it up Mia...just watch out for the ravines, they can be a real rib-buster HQF! Dad
