Nora's really been into dressing up lately. The other day, she was in full get-up and threw a massive tantrum. She melted onto the floor into a ball of sparkly wings and pink tulle and I had to grab the camera.

And some snuggling with Phoebe. For those of you who don't know, Phoebe is almost 18 years old. She is so good with Nora. Last weekend we had to postpone our Moab trip because Phoebe developed a problem that shouldn't be discussed in polite company and required an emergency vet visit because our vet couldn't see her. Murphey took her in, and the whole time he was gone, Nora was VERY concerned about where Phoebe was, and when she was coming home. Murphey called me to let me know how it was going at the vet, and after I got off the phone, Nora said she wanted to talk to Papa to hear how Phoebe was doing. Phoebe's doing great now and is almost 100% again, only a few more days of antibiotics left.
And finally, a video from Myrtle Beach that I meant to post earlier... For the longest time she referred to "Merry Go Rounds" as "'Mericans." It was the funniest thing. I'm glad I got it on video, because now she says it correctly. :(

I love the melt-down picture. It is priceless. I hope phoebe is feeling better soon. The pictures of her laying with Nora reminds me of when Nicole was first born, Kovu would stand guard at her bedroom door all night, every night.
I love these pictures. I especially love the ones of Nora all dressed up and the one of the meltdown. I also love the ones of her and Phoebe in the bed together. They are oh so cute.
