Friday night our friends Martha, Ginger, Kim and Ted helped celebrate my birthday. We went to a great restaurant for dinner and then came back to our house to feast on the fantabulous carrot cake Kim made me. She did an awesome job. I asked her several months ago if she would make a cake for my birthday, and I have to tell you, I've been excited about this cake for a LONG time!!! Yum!!! Dinner was AWESOME, but seriously, it was just a means to get to the cake!
