What a birthday this girl had! I made her a carrot cake, and sticking with what my mother did for my first birthday, I made it in the shape of a kitty cat. I was hoping that she would recognize it as a cat, and she did!! I was so happy!!! She was a little hesitant at first, just touching it and smearing it, then she covered her hands and face with icing and clapped furiously with her icing covered hand!!! She finally dug into the cake, and actually seemed to enjoy it!

Those are adorable pictures and it looks like she had a really fun birthday for her first birthday. Daniel also had a really fun birthday for his second birthday. Wish they could get together soon. Daniel now says Nora when he sees her pictures or videos and loves to look at them with me. Mia how is your mother doing? I hope all is well with her.
What a mess, I love it! Like Darcie said...done like a true OT. I Love the slideshow...there are too many great pictures to comment on. It's so neat to see the pictures of her when so was so little again. It's been so fun to watch her grow this past year through the blog. It makes the distance seem not-so-far! Hugs to all 3 of you!
