Thank you to everyone for the cards and wishes for my 30th birthday! Just before I left for my trip we received a very personalized, very thoughtful gift from Jenny and Kevin. They sent us 30 presents as a joint birthday present. I was laughing so hard I cried with some of them. Some items included were a "kiddie leash" for Nora, since Murphey was on a leash as a child, a wallet-sized photo of Survivor host (hottie) Jeff Probst (for me), the book "Greyhounds For Dummies," and the list goes on. I'm hoping the "Best In Show" isn't because we remind them of the neurotic weimaraner owners in the movie... Here's a picture of the gifts (minus the apples in the fruit basket because I ate them.)This was a very touching gift, but as we all know, paybacks are hell, and I've got a few years to think on their 30th birthday presents.... :)

I just love these gifts. They are just hilarious. Jenny and Kevin are so clever and right on. You have about three years to come up with a really good payback.
