Ok, so as many of you know, Nora and I were supposed to do the 5K diabetes walk together today, however, 20 minutes before we had to leave, Nora needed to go down for a nap. I knew she wouldn't sleep well in the stroller, and I'd hate to mess up her schedule so I decided not to take her. Murphey had a good suggestion though, to take the dogs instead. We knew it would wear them out for the day, so I did it. Jack dragged his feet after the first mile, but he hung in there. Whenever we passed someone going slower than us, (which only happened a couple of times because we were at the very end) Jack would get really close to them and take up their pace. Yeah, they were exhausted, and as Murphey pointed out to me, Jack looks sunburned. He's pink because the tent was red!
Mia I am so proud of you. What a great thing you did and it looks like you had just as much fun with Jack and Aubry(sp?). I agree with Amy that they look tired and HAPPY. YEAH MIA!!
