East Coast Fun

Wow, I didn't think it would take me this long to finish posting the pictures from our trip. I guess I'm still in denial that we're not out there anymore. Either that or it's the zillion LARGE spiders in our basement that have scared me away from using the computer down here. Now that's a picture worthy subject. These things are creepy huge. I'm sitting down here now (eating my new favorite treat, popcorn and milk duds (actually, I had to substitute Kettle Corn since we bought a yard of it at the fair tonight) and I got to thinking about why there are so many spiders. Surely, they've run out of food by now? What could they be eating? Then I made myself stop where those thoughts were heading. I think we need an exterminator.

So the pictures jump around quite a bit, but that's because we jumped around quite a bit. We flew into DC on a Tuesday, drove straight down to Williamsburg to surprise Amy and crew, and then drove back up to Northern VA on Thursday to hang with my friends up there. Friday night we drove back down to Amy's. Then on the following Wednesday, Murphey joined us. That Sunday the three of us drove down to North Carolina to visit his Aunt Claudia and Uncle Robert (Charlotte's sister and bro-in-law). We spent Sunday through Wednesday with them and then drove to Myrtle Beach to meet up with the Holtschneider's, Schoonover's, Puckett's and Todd's. Then Saturday we drove back to Williamsburg, on Sunday Murphey flew home from Richmond, we drove back up to No VA, and Monday we flew home to CO. Phew. Can you understand why I'm still exhausted from this trip?

So here are the pictures from after our time in No VA, back down in Williamsburg, right before Murphey joined us.

"Movie Night" for the kids. Amy popped some popcorn and put on "The Sword in the Stone." They loved it. :)

Thank you finally for the update....I thought maybe you had forgotten how to turn on the computer. ;)
I really think Nora and Daniel need to live closer together....it is going to be an awfully long ride when they start going out on dates. NO Amy that does not mean you, Scott and the kids should move to CO.
Love and miss you guys too much.

Such sweet pictures of baby Ryan and Nora and Daniel. I love the B&W ones. Seeing those curls makes me realize how dry it is in CO since we don't normally see those curls :)
