We had a great time, even though it took us FOREVER to get there and FOREVER to get home. Weather held us up going and traffic held us up coming. We're lucky though, the main highway, I-70, closed just after we made it through (going) and a ton of people were stranded at Vail and Breckenridge and were sleeping in their cars because the shelters were all full. Ginger rode with us, AND we had our dogs in the back. It would have not have been fun to sleep in the car in a blizzard!!

Monday Ginger, Miquette and I went skiing at Powderhorn, a tiny resort near GJ. It's actually the first place Murphey boarded out west. It was a great low-key day.

Monday night, we partied like we were 10 years younger. I don't recommend this. It made the 7.5 hour car ride on Tuesday really suck for me. Ginger and Murphey were fine, because they followed my "No Hangover" advice very well (Pizza + advil + water before bed) I failed myself (not for a lack of Murphey trying everything he could to get me to take advil and drink water) and as a result, was seriously hurting all day Tuesday.

Was the party at the gallery? All the pictures are great but I especially like the one of Murphey alone. He looks so suave and debonair! Looks like good time was had by all.
Oops, yes, I accidentally left out that detail. The party was at Rich's gallery. :) They have a NYE party at the gallery every year. It was great, a lot of the artists came also, so there was a fun crowd.
We were so happy you felt confident enough for Nora to spend those few days with the 4 of us. Nora really enjoyed all the dark chocolate candy and tv she and Charlotte shared :) Do you think maybe that is why she stays up so late singing Twinkle Twinkle Little Star?
You guys look so hot! But I must say that I am not jealous of your hangover!
Nice striking pose Murphey! You guys look great.
Happy New Year - you guys look fab!
Ugh- you can keep the blizzard conditions though ;0)
