Virginia, Part IV

Ok, I am determined to finish blogging about our trip to Virginia...TONIGHT!!


We were so lucky to be able to go down to NC to visit Charlotte's brother and sister, Kevin and Claudia and their lovely families. We met at Elmo's Diner (LOVE this place!) and had a wonderful lunch with them. Nora soaked up all the attention she got from everyone and even gave out a few special kisses.

Daniel was so good throughout lunch. Amy found this awesome little brainteaser puzzle that kept him occupied forEVER! He passed out on the way home and we had to prop his head up with Barney. SO cute!

So Amy and I decided that we were going to try to get our "Daniel and Nora" photo ourselves this year. We tried one evening at Jamestown beach and then on the campus at William and Mary. Both kids were as cooperative as greased pigs doped up on Mountain Dew big gulps. We got lots of cute shots of each of them, but not "the one" of them together. That's where photoshop comes in handy!

At the beach, they decided it was fun to launch sand into the air.

Phew! And with that, I have filled you all in on our trip. It was soooo much fun, and I miss you all so much!!! Maybe tomorrow I'll fill you in on tonights Stroke and Stride. Boy was it a doozy!! My parents are in town this week and we are having a blast!
