Remembering
My grandfather, Jim Burkholder, passed away 1 year ago tomorrow, May 9. For those of you who 
didn't know him, you can get a good idea of what he was about by reading this. To me, he was my Grandpa, a very smart, very giving man. To say he is greatly missed is truly an understatement. While the remarkable Burkholder gene for a striking memory has skipped me, I hope to be able to honor him by carrying on some of the community generosity and charity he and my grandmother taught me over the years.
